Love

I love life. I love doing fun things. I love learning new things. I love my friends. I love my family. After reading some books on philosophy, I became more aware that my health is the holy grail and the key to the best life possible. To be able to honor the strong passion I have for the things above, I need my body to be in great shape. For as long as possible. Hence, I developed the Lazy Tuna web site.

Four pillars

Exercise, read and sleep. The rest will follow. Even relationships.

The 70/30 rule

Someone said great health is about seventy percent diet, and thirty percent exercise. Since exercise is harder to do than eating, I like this quote. I try to follow it in life.

Water and translucent piss

As an Atlantic bluefin tuna, I love water. So should you. If you look at your piss, make sure it’s often blank and translucent. If not, you’re probably drinking too litle. Get a good bottle, and carry it with you.

Pain and pleassure pairs

Look for it. Identify those. It will be a weapon of drastic change.
